Prezentare Demers Artistic

Creez şi eu, ca mulţi artişti înaintea mea, legendare coborâri în infern şi apoteoze mitologice. Trebuie doar privit mai îndeaproape. De obicei lucrez pe suprafeţe mari, dar cine poate spune că o lucrare de 50 pe 50 de centimetri nu este monumentală, dacă reuşeşte să te copleşească?
Am abordat teme diverse, din unghiuri diferite. Am creat forme unice şi m-am inspirat din culturi străvechi. Am îmbinat preistoria şi antichitatea cu evul mediu şi cu renaşterea, pe toate transpunându-le în tehnici deosebite şi viziuni contemporane. Simt că sunt atâtea izvoare şi am reuşit să sap prea puţine fântâni; iar ceea ce este cu adevărat împovărător, e revelaţia că viaţa unui om,  oricât ar fi de lungă nu este suficientă pentru a exploata la maxim măcar o mică parte din posibilităţile oferite de univers şi imaginate de motorul creator uman.

Prezentare Demers Artistic

I create, like many artists before me, images of legends and mythological apotheosis. It only takes a deeper view to see it. I normally work on big surfaces, but who can pretend a small artwork is not monumental if it succeed to overwhelm you?
I have approached various themes and seen life in different angles. I have created unique forms and inspired from ancient cultures. I’ve merged prehistory and antiquity with middle ages and renaissance, and transpose all that into contemporary visions. I feel that still exist so many sources and I have dug to few wells; and the thing troubling me is the revelation that a human lifetime, no matter how long, is not enough to explore just a little part of the possibilities offered by our universe and figured by human creativity.
