“Galeria “Helios” a gazduit, de curand, a doua personala a tinerei creatoare Cristiana Sabina Faur, prilej inedit,pentru publicul vizitator, de a patrunde in universul incitant al creatiei vestimentare. Expozitia a reunit piese apartinand mai multor colectii sau proiecte independente: “Gothic” (2008), “Anne Boleyn” (2010), “Nautilus” (2005) si altele. Pentru a evita riscul eterogenitatii, creatoarea a ales, ca tema de generic, conceptual de “puzzle”, dar riscul a fost oricum atenuat prin modul de aranjare a exponatelor, unitatea stilistica a acestora si, indeosebi, amprenta inconfundabila a unei personalitati deja mature, care stie sa incheie , astfel si acum, un process de “ardere a etapelor”. Departe de lumea frivola a modei si de mondenitatiile asociate, Cristiana Sabina Faur imagineaza tunici, corsete, topuri, gulere si accesorii potrivite, mai degraba, cu scena decat cu podiumul sau cu o defilare de manechine. Beneficiind de o modalitate originala de panotare, tinutele si-au evidentiat natura duala, de obiecte vestimentare si, totodata, artistice si au raspuns astfel asteptarilor estetice firesti. De altfel, vernisajul a fost onorat de prezenta unor personalitati marcante din elita artistica timisoreana. Dupa un scurt periplu in istoria costumului, realizat cu umor de Ioan Szekernyes, presedintele UAP-Filiala Timisoara, prof.univ. dr. Elena Minodora Tulcan a evidentiat performantele tehnice, spiritul novator si, in special, sensul profund al formei in creatia fostei sale studente, care a reusit sa atinga standardele inalte ale unui act de comunicare si ale cunoasterii de sine. Remarcand frumusetea “vesmintelor domnesti”, prof.univ.dr. Carol David a apreciat capacitatea Cristianei Sabina Faur de a crea organic, puternic structurat, in contrast cu “entropia lumii actuale” si a identificat in spiritul gothic al catorva piese un semn necesar de gravitate si de asumare a tragicului. Luand cuvantul, in final, creatoarea a tinut sa sublinieze importanta estetica a accesorilor, in relatia cu tinuta, si si-a definit evolutia din ultimii ani ca pe o continua explorare a creativitatii. Absolventa a Facultatii de Arte si Design din cadrul Universitatii de Vest Timisoara si membra UAP, Cristiana Sabina Faur se afla la a 12-a prezentare in fata publicului si a doua expozitie personala.”

„Gallery” Helios „hosted recently the second personal exhibition of Cristiana Sabina Faur, unique opportunity for the visitors, to break into the exciting world of fashion design. The exhibition brought together parts from multiple collections or independent projects: „Gothic” (2008), „Anne Boleyn” (2010), „Nautilus” (2005) and others. To avoid heterogeneity, creator chose as the theme of the generic concept of „puzzle”, but the risk was however mitigated by the arrangement of the exhibits, their stylistic unity and, especially, the unmistakable imprint of a personality already mature who knows to conclude even now, a process of „burning stages”. Far from frivolous world of fashion and associated gossips Cristiana Sabina Faur imagines tunics, corsets, tops, collars and accessories suitable for the theater scene rather than the podium or a parade of mannequins. With an original way of setting, the outfits have highlighted the dual nature, the one of fashion outfits and also artistic and answered so natural to the aesthetic expectations. Moreover, the opening was honored by the presence of personalities from the artistic elite of Timisoara. After a short journey in the history of costume, made with humor by John Szekernyes, President UAP-Timisoara Branch, Prof.Univ. Dr. Elena Minodora Tulcan highlighted technical performance, innovative spirit and, in particular, the deep sense of form in the creation of her former student, who managed to achieve high standards of communication and an act of self-knowledge. Noting the beauty of „royal garments”, Prof.Univ.Dr. Carol David appreciated the ability of Cristiana Sabina Faur to create organic, highly structured, in contrast to the „entropy current world” and identified in the gothic parts of clothing a necessarily sign of seriousness and tragic assumption. Speaking last, the designer wanted to emphasize the importance of aesthetic accessory in relation to attire, and has defined the evolution in recent years as a continuing exploration of creativity. Graduated from the Faculty of Arts and Design at the University of West Timisoara and UAP member, Cristiana Sabina Faur is at the 12th presentation to the public and the second personal exhibition. ”
