BIENALĂ INTERNAȚIONALĂ DE ARTĂ – PLEVEN, BULGARIA
Statutul de cel de-al optulea bienală de forme mici – pleven 2016 cu participare internațională
•GENERAL CONDITIONS:
• Bienala de forme mici tradiţională este instituit un forum pentru prezentarea tendințele moderne şi realizări în sfera de pictură, sculptură şi grafice.
• din 2002, a avut şapte ediţii.
• Datorită larg interes luate de artişti din Bulgaria şi în străinătate, organizatorii au decis că cea de-a opta ediţie, ar trebui să fie cu participare internațională. În acest scop, acest nou statut a fost rezolvat, care defineşte organizaţia, premii, condițiile de holding bienala şi participarea în ea.
•ORGANIZATION:
• Organizatori de bienala de mici forme (bsf) sunt, după cum urmează: Municipalitatea din pleven, „iliya beshkov” Galeria de artă, st. St. Chiril şi metodiu International Foundation, reprezentarea Uniunii Ale artiştilor bulgari – pleven.
• Bienala este organizat sub patronajul primarul din comuna Plevna.
• Organizarea și desfășurarea bienala este responsabilitatea de a „iliya beshkov” Galeria de artă, în colaborare cu reprezentarea al Uniunii Artiştilor bulgari – pleven.
• toate activitățile sunt finanţate din motive de un buget aprobat şi prin sponsorizarea.
• în scopul de selecţie a lucrărilor și de determinare a atribuit artişti, un juriu este numit, ai cărei membri sunt reprezentanţi ai Uniunii Ale artiştilor bulgari şi municipalitatea din pleven.
• De-a 8-a bienală de forme mici – pleven 2016 vor fi deschise la sediul „iliya beshkov” Galeria de artă, la ora 6, la 28 octombrie 2016, vineri, Şi va continua până la 30 decembrie 2016.
• Limbi de lucru la bienală va fi bulgară şi engleză.

• Premii
• Juriul nominalizeaza 5 (cinci) oameni din fiecare categorie – pictură, sculptură şi grafice, precum și în categoria tânăr autor (până la vârsta de 35 ani). Premiul Câştigători sunt alese printre nominalizaţii, după cum urmează:
• Mare premiu de municipalitatea din pleven-1400 bgn şi diploma. Titularul de marele premiu are dreptul la o expoziţie în următoarea ediţie a bsf – în 2018.
• Premiu al Uniunii Artiştilor Bulgari-1200 bgn şi diploma.
• Premiu din st. St. Chiril şi metodiu International Foundation-1000 bgn şi diploma.
• Două premii de 1000 bgn fiecare şi diplomele emise de sponsori.
• Patru premii de 900 bgn fiecare şi diplome pentru categorii diferite, precum şi pentru tinerii autor.
• Premiile sunt plătite în moneda bulgar.
• Condiţii de participare:
• Profesionist de artişti din toate ţările au dreptul de a participa, atâta timp cât au acceptat condiţiile din prezentul statut.
• Participanții sunt liberi să aleagă subiectul lor şi tehnica au de gând să angajeze.
• Lucrarile prezentate trebuie să fie originale a creat în ultimii doi ani. Fiecare autor pot participa cu nu mai mult de două lucrări în fiecare din categoriile.
• Autorii care au acceptat acest statut îşi dau consimţământul pentru lucrările lor să fie vândute, şi pentru organizatorii pentru a primi un comision de 30 % din vânzările. În acest scop, fiecare participant declaraţia lui include în prețul de vânzare de munca lor în euro, sumă din care s-a spus că procentul se scad.
• toate atribuite participanţii au declarat că vor dona munca lor / s la galerie. La editia jubiliara a 10-a bienală de la o expoziţie de lucrări a donat toate vor fi organizate.
• Participanţii sunt selectate de către un comitet de selecție.
• Selectarea pentru participare şi atribuirea de autori care are loc în două etape.
• Prima etapă: fiecare artist trimite munca lor / s în formă de jpg reproduceri digitale (marime de la 3 la 10 MB, lungimea minimă din partea lungă de 20 cm) nu Cel târziu la 29 iulie 2016, pe adresa de e-MAIL DE LA GALERIE HGIB@MAIL.BG.
Imaginea pe care ar trebui să fie orientat corect (vertical sau orizontal). Este recomandabil ca sculpturi afișat în trei perspective.
• Procesarea digitală suplimentare nu este permis.
• Fiecare dosar ar trebui să fie numit în felul următor:
Numele… Titlul… Tehnica…. Marimea in cm…. Ţară
De exemplu, Ivan Ivanov…. Compoziție…. Ulei…. 50 x60….. Macedonia
• Aprobat autorii lor primesc feedback-ul pe adresa de e-mail până la data de 5 August 2016.
• De-a doua etapă: artişti îşi trimit lucrează prin curier (pe cheltuiala lor) la adresa din galerie, sau să le prezinte în persoană la „iliya beshkov” GALERIE DE ARTĂ DE LA 8 La 26 august 2016 cel târziu, taxa de participare fiind de 30 de euro (pentru artişti care trăiesc şi muncesc în afara bulgariei), Şi 15 bgn (pentru artişti care trăiesc şi muncesc în Bulgaria), Care este trimis in contul din banca de reprezentare al Uniunii Artiştilor bulgari – pleven

• Dimensiunea maximă a prezentat lucrări ar trebui să fie, după cum urmează:
• Pentru pictură – până la 60/60 cm, pentru grafică – până la 30/30 cm, pentru sculptură – până la 60/60/60 cm.
• este recomandabil ca amprentele grafice, fără a fi cadre şi sticlă.
• Lucrările Ar trebui să fie bine împachetate şi lizibil abordate. Etichetele sunt incluse în formularul de cerere.
• pe partea din spate a lucra autorul ar trebui să scrie (în bulgară sau engleza) numele lor, titlul de munca lor, dimensiunea acestuia, materialul utilizat, anul de creaţie.
• Fiecare autor trimite împreună cu munca lor un formular de cerere completat în care poate fi descărcat de pe site-ul de la galerie, în care următoarele date ar trebui să fie incluse în scris cu majuscule:
A / nume, prenume, numele
B / anul nașterii
C/ Adresa completa
D / declaraţie explicită pentru donare de prezentat de muncă (sau lipsa consimțământului)
E / preţ de vânzare
• Lucrările sunt trimise prin poștă sau prin curier la galeria adresa în detrimentul autorul.
• ORGANIZATORII GARANŢIE PENTRU SECURITATEA a primit lucrează, şi nu-mi asum responsabilitatea pentru orice defect sau pierdut lucrează.
• Organizatorii sunt obligaţi să se întoarcă pe cheltuiala lor la autorii străini, lucrările lor, care nu sunt declarate ca fiind donate, în termen de o lună de la încheiere de la expoziţie.
• Autorii bulgar primesc lucrarea lor (pe cheltuiala proprie) la adresa lor, sau personal le ia înapoi în termen de 45 de zile de la încheierea expoziţia.
• Fiecare participant în bsf primește un catalog gratuit de expoziţie şi un certificat de participare la ceremonia de deschidere.

• Comitetul de organizare bsf are dreptul de a se reproduce la juried lucrează şi să le publice în ediţiile lor.

STATUTE OF THE EIGHTH BIENNIAL OF SMALL FORMS – PLEVEN 2016 WITH INTERNATIONAL PARTICIPATION
•GENERAL CONDITIONS:
•The Biennial of Small Forms is an established traditional forum for presenting modern trends and achievements in the sphere of painting, graphics and sculpture.
•Since 2002 it has had seven editions.
•Due to the wide interest in it taken by artists from Bulgaria and abroad, its organizers decided that the eighth edition should be with international participation. For this purpose, this new statute has been worked out, which defines the organization, awards, conditions of holding the biennial and the participation in it.
•ORGANIZATION:
•Organizers of the Biennial of Small Forms (BSF) are, as follows: the Municipality of Pleven, “Iliya Beshkov” Art Gallery, St. st. Cyril and Methodius International Foundation, Representation of the Union of Bulgarian Artists – Pleven.
•The Biennial is held under the patronage of the Mayor of the Municipality of Pleven.
•The organization and holding of the Biennial is the responsibility of “Iliya Beshkov”Art Gallery, in collaboration with the Representation of the Union of Bulgarian artists – Pleven.
•All activities are funded on the grounds of an approved budget and via sponsorship.
•For the purpose of the selection of the works and determining the awarded artists, a jury is appointed, whose members are representatives of the Union of Bulgarian Artists and the Municipality of Pleven.
•The 8th Biennial of Small Forms – Pleven 2016 will be opened on the premises of “Iliya Beshkov” Art Gallery at 6 p.m. on 28 October 2016, Friday, and will continue until 30 December 2016.
•The working languages at the Biennial will be Bulgarian and English.

•PRIZES
•The jury nominates 5 (five) people in each category – painting, graphics and sculpture as well as in the category young author (up to 35 years of age). The prize winners are chosen among the nominees, as follows:
•Big prize of the Municipality of Pleven – 1400 BGN and diploma. The holder of the big prize is entitled to an exhibition during the next edition of the BSF – in 2018.
•Prize of the Union of Bulgarian Artists – 1200 BGN and diploma.
•Prize of St. St. Cyril and Methodius International Foundation – 1000 BGN and diploma.
•Two prizes of 1000 BGN each and diplomas issued by sponsors.
•Four equal prizes of 900 BGN each and diplomas for the separate categories as well as for young author.
•The prizes are paid in Bulgarian currency.
•CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION:
•Professional artists from all countries have the right to participate as long as they have accepted the conditions of this Statute.
•Participants are free to choose both their topic and the technique they are going to employ.
•The submitted works have to be originals created in the last two years. Each author can participate with no more than two works in each of the categories.
•The authors who have accepted this statute give their consent for their works to be sold, and for the organizers to receive a 30% commission on the sales. For this purpose, each participant includes in his declaration the selling price of their work in euro, from which amount the said percentage is subtracted.
•All awarded participants declare that they donate their work/s to the gallery. At the 10th jubilee edition of the Biennial an exhibition of all donated works will be held.
•The participants are selected by a selection committee.
•The selection for participation and that of awarded authors takes place in two stages.
•First stage: Each artist sends their work/s in the form of JPG digital reproductions (file size of 3 to 10 MB, minimum length of the long side of 20 cm) not later than 29 July 2016 on the email address of the gallery hgib@mail.bg.
The image should be properly oriented (vertically or horizontally). It is recommendable that sculptures be displayed in three perspectives.
•Additional digital processing is not allowed.
•Each file should be named in the following way:
Name…title…technique….size in cm….country
e.g. Ivan Ivanov….Composition….Oil….50X60…..Macedonia
•The approved authors receive feedback on their email address by 5 August 2016.
•Second stage: Artists send their works by courier (at their expense) to the address of the gallery, or present them in person at “Iliya Beshkov” Art Gallery from 8 to 26 August 2016 at the latest, the participation fee being 30 euros (for artists living and working outside Bulgaria), and 15 BGN (for artists living and working in Bulgaria), which is sent on the bank account of the Representation of the Union of Bulgarian Artists – Pleven

•The maximum size of the presented works should be, as follows:
•For painting – up to 60/60 cm, for graphics – up to 30/30 cm, for sculpture – up to 60/60/60 cm.
•It is advisable that graphic prints be without frames and glass.
•The works should be well wrapped and legibly addressed. The labels are included in the application form.
•On the back of the work the author should write (in Bulgarian or English) their name, the title of their work, its size, the material used, the year of creation.
•Each author sends together with their work a filled in application form which can be downloaded from the gallery site, in which the following data should be included written in block letters:
a/ Surname, middle name, name
b/ Year of birth
c/ Full address
d/ Explicit declaration for donation of the presented work (or lack of consent)
e/ Selling price of the work
•The works are sent by mail or via courier to the gallery address at the expense of the author.
•The organizers guarantee for the security of the received works, and do not take responsibility for any lost or damaged works.
•The organizers are obliged to return at their expense to foreign authors their works, which are not declared as donated, within a month of the closing of the exposition.
•Bulgarian authors receive their works (at their own expense) at their address, or personally take them back within 45 days of the closing of the exhibition.
•Each participant in BSF receives a free catalogue of the exhibition and a certificate for participation at the opening ceremony.

•The organization committee of BSF has the right to reproduce the juried works and to publish them in their editions.
